March Penny Black & More Challenge

Hello my lovely crafty friends. The first sunday of the month is here so time for the new challenge over at Penny Black & More @ Allsorts and this month the challenge is
Anything Goes (must be stamped)

The Design Team have been hard at work with their Penny Blacks and have some gorgeous inspiration to share with you over on the challenge blog here along with all the details.  You can used any brand of stamp except digi (NO DIGI IMAGES), the focal point of your project must be stamped to be in with a chance of winning one of our fabulous prizes. One lucky winner using a Penny Black stamp will be chosen to be a Guest Designer on a future challenge.

It is quite a while since l bought any new stamps so recently had a little spend on a few PB's and this gorgeous stamp has been on my wish list for a while. I inked it up with distress inks then spritzed it with water and stamped on water paper. When dry l added a few beads to look like the poppy centre, quite pleased with the result.

Stamp Penny Black  40-330 Pop Pop Poppy

Hope you pop over to the challenge blog and join in with this month's Anything Goes (stamped of course) challenge

Yesterday l rained and rained and rained l kept thinking Noah and his Ark would be sailing by, l had hoped to have the day in the garden but don't think l will be stepping out there for a few days until it has dried out. Hope the weather is better where you are.
Thank you for stopping by and for your comments x Susan x

It's a real eye catching card Susan, adding the blue to the Poppy stamens really brings it to life and contracts against the green ribbon.

Have a good Sunday.
