First Tilda in ages

Hope you are all having a good wednesday and managing a bit of crafting. I ordered a few little bits (all post free) over the bank holiday weekend and 2 of my 3 parcels came today - a snowflake embossing folder from cutting edge crafts and some new copics from cult pens which l ordered yesterday arrived this morning, just waiting for the new Tilda mag and some paper stumps, just love the free P&P>.
My Tilda's have been closed in their box for ages and l was a bit nervous about opening the box in case they had all done a runner. I entered this into the DoCrafts challenge just to get back into them - the challenge was a sort of less is more/ summer but no added flowers. Easy .... you might think but Tilda needs flowers so l choose an image with flowers and coloured her with copics and prismas and a touch of stickles. The background is a stencil using white card then distressed with ink and gems added to the centre of the flowers. A bit of ribbon and the sentiment is a Stampin Up one.
Have a good evening just off to have a nosey around blogland x Susan x

Just love him to bits.... We have had a day out at Bolton Abbey/Embsay Railway as it was Thomas Tank Engine Weekend we had a good time riding the trains.
My card today is for the less is more challenge wk 29 where it is a recipe of 3 of the previous challenges. I have chosen:-
Wk3 Spring flowers
Wk 4 3 squares

Hope you are all having a good bank holiday. A BIG thank you to Teresa (Craftingallday) l can now see my followers and see followers on other blogs too, Teresa had a problem too a while ago so she installed google chrome, l gave it a try and hey presto l now have google chrome and my followers.
While tidying some papers away the other day the purple paper wallet had a lovely piece of glitter card cuttlebugged with the snowflakes and l thought snippet. After following Jules blog Always with a Heart here for some time she makes her snippets looks so beautiful l thought l would have a go. All you need to do is use up pieces of card or paper cut offs. This is my attempt

Made for a friend

Hello crafters....Hope you are all well. Nothing from me yesterday but had a busy crafting day today and not a moments housework was done - could not be bothered. Having very difficult days and they seem to be getting worse. Been to docs this morning and he wants to keep a close eye on me, l have to go back next tuesday. Anyway on with a card - a friend asked me to make a 50th for her friend who loves shopping so Willow fits the bill. Added 50 on after pic was taken as was not sure if she wanted age on. This is an 8x8 card so really pushing the boat out lol.

Still can not see my followers or any followers on any blogs when l use my computer but if l use sons laptop l can see them - any suggestions welcome to solve the problem.

Baby Boy

Don't feel too good today so have not done much. Went to the allotment and picked plums and more courgettes - roasted some with tea they are tasty and l certainly have plenty to use up. The runner beans are just forming so hopefully will be ready in a couple of weeks. The football season is back and don't l know it, the advantage is l can play upstairs undisturbed and only come back down when the game is over - Hubbys team won so the house is calm and l can catch up on the blogs. Unfortunately it is too dark to take a pic of the card l have just made so l am posting one l made a few days ago for a friend of my daughters who has a new baby boy.

The stamp is Fizzy Moon - new addition, these stamps are so cute. Coloured with copics and kept it simple.

Less is More Challenge wk29

The sun has shone all day so managed to find a little time to sit out this afternoon. My grandaughter has been here today and made a lovely card with a reindeer on, the stamp came from a set l have not used before - now there's a surprise lol. It is a set by Butterfly Kisses and the reindeer is not the cutest one one the block - but as Caitlin was making her card to my was working overtime and thinking about challenges when l saw the bells in the set along with the sentiment. I made up the card which l stamped in black ink but then thought it would be better stamped and embossed in gold so made a second card which l am showing today. I am entering the card into this weeks Less is More challenge where it is a Theme week - Things that move.

Stamps - Butterfly Kisses set (name unknown)

Embossed in gold

Copics & stampin up pen

I made this card last night for the Lili of the Valley Challenge 109 which is Thank You, the card is for the staff on the Neuro Rehab ward at the LGI where David spent 7 weeks. I still can not see my followers, if anyone else has had their followers disappear from view how long did they take to return??
