Whoever said moving house was stressful got it right. We had an offer on our house so l drove up to Scotland to find 'our' house (800 mile round trip) - put an offer in which was accepted. The day after l got home we had a call to say the people buying our buyers property had backed out so we are back to square one....waiting for a new buyer or our original buyers to get a buyer for their house. Just hope that our 'new house' is still on the market when we are ready.

Hope you have a good weekend and you soon get that buyer, moving certainly is right up there with the stress levels, probably why we've stayed put for well over 30 years.
