Hi there my lovely crafty friends, hope you are all well. I am just popping in very quickly to share this card l made yesterday - the lovely Sam Whisper has been having a bit of a spend lately and when l saw she had bought SB bauble dies the nightmare came flooding back.....l bought a similar set a few years back and l don't think l have ever used them as they have not inspired me. I reached behind me and pulled them out of my die box and was determined to do something with them - the first make was a bit of a disaster but will do as a tag - l might share it another day.
So this is what l did.... cover the bauble with distress ink and stamped a few clarity stamps here and there - love that tiny holly stamp which l also used to create a border around the main base matt that l also inked with the same distress ink. Dotty paper and sentiment from LOTV, A sprinkle of glamour dust, a squirt of stickles a bit of ribbon and a gem and Bob's your Uncle Fanny's is your Aunt .....this expression does make my grandaughter chuckle mischievously :)
Thanks Sam - hope l have given you some inspiration too x Susan x

Simply stunning and i'm loving the wonderful Christamas scene - i bought mine, as last year i bought a magazine with stamps that were the outline of the baubles with sentiments in the middle and the magazine said you needed the dies to go with it - now i just need to find those stamps ;-), Luv Sam x

Hi Susan what a lovely card. I have the SB ornament dies too and rarely use them although I have used them this week too! Susan x
Your pretty card looks quite magical with the cool blues and the little scene on the bauble Susan.
I think Aunt Fanny must be from Yorkshire as down here in the Fens we have Uncle Bob but no mention of Aunt Fanny !!

This is gorgeous Susan, such an elegant bauble - I think I have that die somewhere as well, we are so bad at putting things away and forgetting about them aren't we!
