Do you ever think you will meet yourself coming backwards??? It has just been one of those weeks - on monday daughter #2 sent a text message to pick grandson up from school as she was going in the ambulance to A&E with chest pains and had to take little one with her - so collected grandson and dashed to hospital, tests done waiting for results so l took little one home as well....all was well muscular pains. Wednesday night little one comes for sleepover and stays thurs l collect grandson from school and drop off with Daddy...Daddy has meeting please take to your house and feed and will collect later---so l miss my craft group night :( Daughter #1 needs card for work for friday morning which l have been putting off making all week..see below. Friday normally have day to self but oh no not this week daughter #1 owes some hours at work so little one is delivered at 7.15 and l wanted to go to Craftwork cards open warehouse sale so had to take little one with me WOW did l get some papers at bargain prices. Yes you have guessed had to pick grandson up from school and drop off both with Daddy. Tomorrow l am up at Martin House Childrens Hospice for the last of my bereavement support groups which will be quite sad saying our goodbyes to newly made friends that are in the same situations as us. Then guess what - grandson is coming after tea for sleepover.
I have just had a few hours making another card (with my G&T) using one of the gorgeous Sugar Nellies but you will have to wait until monday to see that - it is soooo pretty x
The sale at Craftwork cards is still tomorrow Saturday22nd 11-3 (Garforth) maybe l could call again on way back down M1' :)

You mad goings on sound so familiar Susan and yes, I am often convinced I will meet myself coming backward one of these days. Hopefully over the weekend you can slow down and find a little you time.

Oh my goodness...I was exhausted just reading all that you had to do. Your children are so fortunate you were close enough to help out (and I know you're glad you were able to!). We have weeks like that now & again(minus grandkids). It just seems when one thing starts, something else seems to fall out too. Your card is super lovely. I like the simplicity, and the silvery embossing sent it over the top! Hope you got to rest up this wkend. TFS & Hugs.
