Rosie Posie

Hello lovely crafters, l have a sweet card to share with you today. This adorable stamp is called Rosie Posie by LOTV, my grandaughter is called Rosie and l thought it would be nice to have some crafty time together so we both made a card with the same stamp.

I volunteer in my daughters school 2 afternoons a week, monday we are crafting and making book marks using embossing folders, colouring with chalks and adding gems - the small groups enjoyed this. They will have one book mark to keep for a family member and one each to send to a school they link with in Uganda. Today - Tuesday - is gardening and we planted 3 varieties of tomatoes and then they each had a pot for sunflower seeds....happy days.

I have been very busy in the garden recently too, l gave myself a target of getting all my outdoor jobs and and ready for the year ahead by end of march, l am only a few days behind schedule so feeling pretty pleased. A bit of weeding in one border to do and a bit of veg garden to dig over then done. All grass has had a cut so off to a good start.

As from next week l am dropping a shift at work, down from 4 to 3 then next march retiring. So many people say l will be bored....l can assure them l won't have time to be bored.

So here is the lovely Rosie

House Mouse You Did It

Hello, hope you are all well. After last weeks 'warmer' weather, temperatures have dropped again. Bulbs are popping through all over the garden with snowdrops almost finished, crocus at their best, daffodils beginning to show colour and tulips poking their noses through. Good things to come.

The card l am sharing today is for a friend who has lost a massive amount of weight to reach her target weight, she has done amazing.  I hope she likes it, l have had it a long time and it is the first time l have used it.

Never easy to get a good photo of an easel card. I added glamour dust to the bunny tail but it didn't look right so l found my flower soft and that looks better .

Thorny Affair

Hope everyone is keeping well. In have been having a little play in my craft room as well as spending a lot of time out in the garden. I grew some delphiniums from seed last year and have planted those out today as well as some more tidying up. Spring is on its way and the bulbs are all coming through, its a lovely time of year and great to be able to get outdoors.

So onto the card, this PB stamp is just perfect for a CAS card and a joy to colour, the sentiment is also from a PB Transparent set
