Hello to you all and welcome to my new followers - lovely to have you visiting.
I hope you have all got through the recent storms unscathed, we were very lucky here in West Yorkshire and only had gusty winds and rain.  I am having a very busy week with it being half term helping out with the grandchildren - tomorrow l am taking 2 of them to the Deep in Hull, always a good day out.
Sunday l am taking daughter & grandaughter to Disneyland Paris for a few days then normality will return the end of next week (hopefully)
I had a bit of time in the craft room yesterday making this card for my daughters birthday on sunday

Attempt at Criss Cross

Hope you are all keeping well and dry, the weather has not been too bad today and l am trying to get all the garden tidy in the next couple of weeks before l hibinate although l am full of cold and should be resting as l feel rubbish.
I have had a go at a criss cross card, my niece wanted a card for a friends 50th and did not want it to be too girlie so hopefully this fits the bill perfectly.

My Harrogate Stash

I think l have been a bit naughty bringing all these goodies home but....... l did not use my plastic and came home with cash so don't feel too guilty, l even bagged some bargains.

 The first stall was my fav Hobby House, Jill had saved me Whimsy Berry and l had to have to gorgeous Mo Stamps they were half price as was the paper pad. The pearls were on my list

 These are my bargain stamps - l could not believe Oyster stamps had all the Whimsy stamps at Half price so bought the ones l did not have - at £3.50 each a bargain. Was disappointed at the lack of Penny Blacks - J&C Creations only had a few as they did not have room for the others still in the van. They are selling them off on the website.

 I bought a few dies too that were on my list and a few bargains from £1 shop, the gorgeous ribbon was from Chloes, l tried to talk myself out of buying ribbon but it just kept calling to me. 

 A few other papers/card, stencil and a couple of stamps

This lot all fit in one bag - hubby does not need to know its contents lol.

James Santa Stop Here

I am still on a quest to use up stamps l have had a while and not yet used. This cutie is from LOTV last christmas release - James Santa Stop Here, he is adorable and l will be using this one again soon.  I stamped and masked him then stamped the background - Personal Obsession Cover a Card/Snowflakes and heat embossed with cosmic shimmer Aurora Crystal embossing powder and it is lovely and sparkly.
It is Team Icicles challenge over at Winter Wonderland and this week it is Button & Bows, pop over and see what the DT have to share with you.  If you have not yet started your christmas cards get a move on it will soon be here lol.
Only 2 more sleeps now until l go the papercraft show at Harrogate, l am going sunday this time so hope there are still lots of goodies left.

Mono House Mouse

Good evening everyone, what a damp miserable day again.  Today l felt shattered after having a lot of pain and not sleeping too well lately so went for an afternoon nap with the intentions of just an hour and can't believe l slept 3 hours, just hope sleep tonight lol
