Hope you have all enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather today.  It is lovely to get outside and potter about in the garden and enjoy listening to the birds singing.
Toby had his first full groom this morning and has fallen out with me - he looks beautiful but was not impressed with me leaving him, he sulked under the dining table when he came home and has been out of sorts with me all day :(
Sorry l did not get around to all the commenting l planned on yesterday but still have problems losing internet access - hopefully it will behave for the next hour or so.

PB Christmas

 Hope you have all had a good weekend and enjoyed the sunshine.  It is lovely to get outside and enjoy some gardening and l am pleased to have planted my potatoes and onions and have the ground prepared for seeds.
Anyhow ..quickly onto todays card, the challenge over atWinter Wonderland is stockings and PB have a sketch so this fits both perfectly, and with no added thick embellishments is perfect for normal postage too.

House Mouse Cuddlebug

Happy Friday everyone, hope you are all managing some crafty time this weekend.  I have just about got back to normal after the school holidays and hope to have more 'me time'.
I made this card last night for the House Mouse springtime challenge, l bought this stamp last year and this is the first time l have used it - it just screams spring to me when all the pussy willow and catkins are coming on the trees. I just love this time of year when all the trees are starting to burst into life and show their buds and blossom, l have a camellia that has opened flowers this week but the strong winds yesterday did not do that or the daffodils any favours at all.

A Quick Post

This is the same style as my Cutie Pie card yesterday and love the effect of the ribbon stamp across the top.  Sorry if l have not visited for a few days but life is interupting my crafting - yesterday l took my eldest Grandaughter to the Deep in Hull as she is not back at school until tomorrow and today we have been in the allotment, the weekend l had my grandson so not a minute to myself. Tonight l have some paperwork to catch up on and l hope to resume normal service in a day or two.

Whimsy Sweet Blossom

Hello to you all, hope you are all having some precious crafty time.  I have just had a couple of hours at a group l go to every couple of weeks, it is nice to escape the asylum now and then.
I just can not make this weather out - yesterday was glorious l even got the sun lounger out and sat in the garden for a hour and had a fair glow when l went inside and today back to freezing shivering cold...
Had a lovely afternoon in my craft room making this card and my room looks like a bomb has gone off with all the stuff l pulled out.  I love the Whimsy stamps they are just gorgeous to colour and is'nt she a cutie.

I want to ride my bicyle

Hello to you all and welcome to my new follower too.  When is the warm weather coming?? l just can not believe how cold it is and l am even waking through the night cold. I have managed a little time in the allotment this week and have a few things starting in the greenhouse but have had to cover with fleece, roll on the warm weather.
The stamp l have used on the card today was a gift from the lovely Janice - than you sweetie l hope you like what l have done with it. Does anyone have problems getting the shaped square out of the die - it is fine with paper but with card it is a devil to get out in one piece??

LOTV The Perfect Snowman

Hope you are having a good weekend, we have had glorious sunshine today and l even sat out for a little bit too.
I had a drive over to LOTV yesterday for a few bits and bought a couple of stamps too...well it would have been rude not too lol.  The new stamps are out today so l might get a couple of those on my next visit, just could not face being in a crowd at the moment, it will be 2 years on monday since my sons accident and l am feeling rather delicate.

Plum Blossom

I am crossing my fingers and everything else that we have sorted the internet problem - or that Talk Talk have. We have had very limited and sometimes none at all and it has been very frustrating to say the least.

Anyhow... l had a bit of a playtime with some of my old stamps yesterday, these are from an A4 sheet Aspect of Design Japanese Plum Blossom. For the background a coloured card with Distress ink and stamped with same colour.

Cutie Pie Challenge #41

Good morning me lovlies and a happy Easter monday to you all.  Today sees the start of the new challenge over at Cutie Pies and we have a fantastic one for you - Your Favourite Film now when l saw this challenge title it was so easy for me to choice my stamp. One of my favourite ever films is Gone With the Wind, it is such a timeless classic - snuggled in my dressing gown with a bottle of wine - think it is about time l got the DVD out of the cupboard for another viewing.  Not quite sure dear Tilda would ever make a Scarlett O Hara but check out the green dress.
