Do You Think I am Dotty??

Please don't answer that one, but looking at my recent posts they are mostly dotty and pink and today is no exception.  I think l had better move all pink paper out of the way and use something different.
Have had a few hours today trying to tidy my craft room and think l need to sort through everything which will take far too long.
The sun is shining today and it is beautiful l should really be outside but have so much to do.
On with the card - the challenge over At Penny Black Saturday Challenge this week is For The Young Ones and as it is Esther's birthday early in May l made her card.
The stamp is from a Penny Black Transparency Set Betsy Bluebell and l have added glossy accents to the balloons to give them a nice shine.

 I got the Cricut out to cut out number (must use it more often).
